About the Training

We offer a free, one-day Hajj and Umrah training seminar designed to prepare pilgrims for the most important journey of their lives. The training covers everything from the story of Ibrahim (AS) and the foundations of Hajj, through to the step-by-step rituals of Umrah and Hajj, practical tips, and common mistakes to avoid.

This service is completely free and is offered as a Sadaqah Jariyah. There is no cost, no hidden fees, and no obligation. We believe every Muslim deserves access to quality Hajj preparation regardless of their circumstances.

Who is this for?

  • Mosques and Islamic centres preparing their congregation for Hajj season
  • Hajj and Umrah groups travelling together who want structured preparation
  • Families going on Hajj or Umrah for the first time
  • Community organisations supporting pilgrims in their area
  • Sisters' circles and women's groups wanting focused preparation

How is it delivered?

On-Site

Our trained volunteers travel to your location and deliver the seminar in person. Ideal for mosques and larger groups. We bring all materials.

Remote (Webinar)

Delivered live over video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams). Perfect for smaller groups, families, or locations we cannot easily reach.

Train the Trainer

We provide you with the complete training materials, slide deck, and facilitator guide so you can run the seminar yourself at your own pace.

  1. Setting the Scene - the story of Ibrahim (AS), Hajra, and Ismail (AS)
  2. Foundations of Hajj - types, pillars, obligations, and penalties
  3. Performing Umrah - Ihram, Talbiyah, Tawaf, Sa'ee step by step
  4. The Hajj - Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, pelting, sacrifice, farewell
  5. Practical preparation - what to pack, health, airports, and tips
